Use this tab to enter configuration information for this interface instance. This tab contains several required fields that must be populated before you can save the record.
Use this group box to define the settings for connectivity to the integration database.
Use this drop-down list box to select the platform of the database you want this interface instance to access. The following options are available:
Oracle
MSSqlServer
SQLBase
Use this field to enter connectivity information for the database. For example, the server and database name for your MS SQL database in the 'server\\database' format; or the TNSNAME of your Oracle database.
Use this field to enter the user ID required to connect to this database.
Use this field to enter the password required to connect to this database.
Use this field to re-enter the Password for verification.
Use this group box to define the frequency with which this interface instance is processed.
Use this drop-down list box to specify the interval on which this interface instance must run. The following options are available:
Now — Select this option to run this interface instance immediately.
File — Select this option to run this interface instance when a specific file exists.
Minutes — Select this option to run this interface instance in minutes as specified in the Frequency field.
Hours — Select this option to run this interface instance in hours as specified in the Frequency field.
Days — Select this option to run this interface instance in days as specified in the Frequency field.
Use this field to enter an interval frequency number on which this interface instance must run. This value can be in units of minutes, hours, or days depending on your selection in the Interval Code drop-down list box. This field is disabled if you select the Now or File option from the Interval Code drop-down list box.
Use this field to enter an existing file name that will cause this interface to process. This field is required if you selected the File option from the Interval Code drop-down list box. Otherwise, this field is disabled.
This field displays the next processing schedule when you select the Minutes, Hours, or Days option from the Interval Code drop-down list box. Otherwise, this field is left blank.
Use this field to enter a processing date to override the automatically calculated date and time that defaults. Enter a date, or use to select, the new processing date and use the Hours, Minutes, and Seconds drop-down list boxes to specify the new processing time.
Use this field to enter the path from which the integration application was installed. This integration application typically defaults to 'C:\Program Files\Deltek\Application Integration' on your integration server during the installation process.
Use this group box to define email access and desired recipients for interface process reporting. Error reports are sent to the specified email addresses.
Use this drop-down list box to select the email protocol you want to use. The available options are:
MAPI — Select this option to use Microsoft Mail API protocol.
INET — Select this option to use internet email using SMTP.
Use this field to enter a valid email server.
Use this field to enter a valid email user ID.
Use this field to enter the password for this email user ID.
Use this field to re-enter the Password for verification.
Use this group box to specify the primary and secondary email addresses that receive the interface information.
Select this check box to send interface information to your primary email address.
Use this field to enter a valid email address to serve as your primary email address.
Select this check box to send interface information to your secondary email address.
Use this field to enter a valid email address to serve as you secondary email address.
