ORGANIZATION DATA

Use this tab to view or select organization information that you want to include in the Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration process. When you select the check box of an object on this tab, you must select the parameter ID that contains the export settings of that object.

You must create the export parameters on the Configure Organization Options screen before using this tab. These parameter IDs should have CP7X_VSWS (GovWin Capture Management web services) selected on the Version drop-down list so that they will be available on this tab.

Transfer Organization Information Configuration Data (ORG_CONFIG)

Select this check box to include organization configuration information in the export process.

Parameter

Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for organization configuration information.

Print Organization Configuration Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for organization configuration.

Transfer Organization Information Data (ORG_BASIC)

Select this check box to include organization basic information in the export process.

Parameter

Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for organization basic information.

Print Organization Basic Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for organization basic.
