PROJECT DATA

Use this tab to view or select project information that you want to include in the Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration process. When you select the check box of an object on this tab, you must select the parameter ID that contains the export settings of that object.

You must create the export parameters on the Configure Project Options screen before using this tab. These parameter IDs should have CP7X_VSWS (GovWin Capture Management web services) selected on the Version drop-down list so that they will be available on this tab.

Transfer Project Information Data (PROJ_BASIC)

Select this check box to include project basic information in the export process.

Parameter

Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for project basic information.

Print Project Basic Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for project basic

Transfer Project Employee Relationship (labor history) Data (PROJ_EMPL)

Select this check box to include project employee association information in the export process.

Parameter

Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for project employee association information.

Print Project Employee Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for project employee.

Transfer Project Employee Relationship (manager) Data (PROJ_MGR)

Select this check box to include project manager association information in the export process.

Parameter

Print Project Manager Log

Select this check box to print the detailed record log for project manager.

Transfer Project Client Relationship Data (PROJ_CLNT)

Select this check box to include project client association information in the export process.

Select this check box to include project client association information in the export process.
