Use this subtask to specify the CTS Supplemental Codes that you want to include in Box 14 of employee W-2s. Only use this subtask to specify items that are not already specified in Box 14 in the Manage W-2s screen.
You can only use the system-defined supplemental codes that were provided by CTS.
Enter, or click , to select the CTS Supplemental Code that you want to include in Box 14 of employee W-2s. For example, if you want California Disability Insurance amounts to be reported for applicable employees in Box 14 of the W-2, enter CA05 in this field. The CA05 code along with the California state disability amount would be included in the record that will be reported to CTS and in the Box 14 of the employee’s W-2.
This field displays the description of the supplemental code that you selected.
