MANAGE INSURANCE CARRIER INFORMATION

Use this screen to maintain contact information regarding the insurance companies that insure your subcontractors. Not all vendors are required to carry insurance. To learn more about subcontractors, see Subcontractors.

Use this screen when you enter a new insurance carrier for a subcontractor.

Identification

Insurance Carrier

Enter a new insurance carrier ID or use Query to locate an existing carrier ID.

Name

Enter the name of the insurance carrier that corresponds to the Insurance Carrier ID. If you used Query to select a carrier in the Insurance Carrier field, the insurance carrier's name displays in this field.

Contact Information

Deltek recommends that you use these optional fields to track useful contact information. If you used Query to select a carrier in the Insurance Carrier field, these fields populate with contact information for the carrier.

Agent Name

Enter the insurance agent's name.

Agent Title

Enter the agent's title.

Phone Number

Enter the insurance company's telephone number.

Fax Number

Enter the insurance company's fax number.

Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3

Enter the insurance company's address.

City

Enter the insurance company's city.

State/Province

Enter, or click to select, the insurance company's state or province.

Postal Code

Enter, or click to select, the insurance company's postal code.

Country

Enter, or click to select, the insurance company's country.
