BILLING USER GROUP NON-CONTIGUOUS RANGES

If you selected the Non-Contiguous Ranges check box in the Billing User Group group box, use this subtask to select a noncontiguous range of billing user groups. This is different from using a range because you can include or exclude any billing user group of your choice. You can enter more than one row.

This subtask is enabled only if the Assign Bills to User Groups check box is selected on the Configure Billing Settings screen.

Range Type

Use this drop-down list to select the range of billing user groups to be included in the process. Valid options are:

• One

• Range

• From Beginning

• To End

The default for this field is One.

Starting Billing User Group

Enter, or click to select, the starting billing user group to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Type field, this field is inactive. displays billing user groups from the BILL_GRP_USERS table.

Ending User Group

Enter, or click to select, the ending billing user group to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Type field, this field is inactive. displays billing user groups from the BILL_GRP_USERS table.
