Use this subtask to view a detailed description of the text code associated with the selected assembly in the View Where-Used Bills of Material screen.

Item No

This field displays the item number for the component part.

AC 1

This field displays the AC 1 information for the component part.

Desc

This field displays the component part description.

Line

This field displays the line number that identifies the assembly.

Assembly Part

This field displays the identification code of the assembly.

Assy Rev

This field displays the assembly revision.

Assembly Description

This field displays the description of the assembly.

Table Window

This table window lists all text codes associated with the selected assembly.

Sequence

This field displays the sequence number for the text code to determine printing order.

Text Code

This field displays the text code to attach to the component for BOM printing.

Description

This field displays the description of the text code.

Active

This field displays Y (Yes) if the text code is active. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).

Doc Print Opt

This field displays the document print option, which shows the types of documents in which the text will print. The various options are:

• Internal

• External

• Both

Text

This field displays the text notes for the text code.
