BANK STATEMENT DETAILS

Use this subtask to view more detailed information for a bank statement. Use this subtask after you upload your company's bank statement data into Costpoint.

Bank Upload Totals

Beginning  Balance

This field displays the beginning balance from the Bank Statement Beginning Balance field from the main screen.

Total Deposits

This field displays the total of your deposits for this statement. It is the sum of all entries in the Deposit Amount column on this subtask.

Total Checks

This field displays the total of your checks and other withdrawals for this statement. It is the sum of all entries in the Check/Withdrawal Amount column on this subtask.

Ending Balance

This field displays the ending balance from the Bank Statement Ending Balance field from the main screen.

The number displayed in this field must match the number on the last line of the Running Balance column on this subtask.
