MANAGE EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING RESULTS

Use this screen to establish a history of an employee's drug testing. You can track the specific tests taken, the dates of the tests, and the results. You must first establish drug test information on the Manage Drug Test Codes screen.

Use this screen whenever you need to record a new drug test or make changes to an existing drug test record for an employee.

Location

Employee

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID in this field. The employee name displays in the field to the right.

Drug Test

Enter, or click to select, the code that identifies the drug test you want to list for this employee. The value you enter must first be entered on the Manage Drug Test Codes screen. When you make an entry in this field, the description and Type fields populate. The field to the right displays the description.

Type

This field displays the drug test type that is assigned to the Drug Test code in Costpoint Personnel. You can change this field only on the Manage Drug Test Codes screen. Valid values are:

Date Taken

Enter, or click to select, the date on which the drug test was administered to this employee.

Results

From the drop-down list, select the result of the test taken. Valid options are:

Date Received Results

Enter, or click to select, the date on which the drug test results were received for this employee.

Comments

Enter any comments related to the drug testing for this employee.
