Use this screen to track information about employee drivers' licenses.
Use this screen at any time after you have established an employee on the Manage Employee Information screen.
Enter, or click to select, the employee ID in this required field.
This field displays the name of the selected employee.
Enter, or click to select, the code for the state/province where this employee's driver's license was issued.
Enter this employee's driver's license number in this field.
Enter, or click to select, the date on which the employee's driver's license expires in this field.
Enter, or click to select, the date on which this employee's last traffic violation occurred.
Enter the classification for this driver's license. Examples are:
A for vehicles with a gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds or less.
B for any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of 26,001 pounds or more.
C for any vehicle that does not fit the definition of class A or B and is either used to transport hazardous materials or designed to carry 16 or more passengers, including the driver.
