MANAGE REQUIRED FORMS LIST

Use this screen to set up a list of required forms maintained by your company. The forms must be created in a text file and placed in your data directory.

Initialize this table and maintain it if you want to print forms. You must set up this screen before you print forms.

Form ID

Click and enter an ID for this form.

Form Name

Enter a description to identify this form. This is a required field.

Form Template Name

Enter a maximum of eight alphanumeric characters, a period, and a three-letter extension to identify the name of the text file for this form. This is a required field.
