Use this screen whenever you need to add new internal security identifiers or to change existing ones. You must establish federal security identifiers before you can initialize this screen.

Enter, or use to select, the Federal security code that corresponds to the Internal Security Code. This is a required field.
If you do not use federal security codes, we recommend that you set up one universal "dummy" code on the Manage Federal Security Codes screen to use for this required field.
When you enter a Federal security code, the code's description, which was established on the Manage Federal Security Codes screen, defaults.
Enter the building name to which this code applies.
Enter the floor in the building to which this code applies. This is an optional field, unless a Building Name has been assigned. If this code is for all floors of a building, you can use All as the floor identifier.
Enter a specific area in the building to which this code applies. This is an optional field.
