MANAGE SUMMARY JOB TITLES

Use this optional screen to establish high-level job titles within your organization. Access to this screen is determined by the Summary Job Title Required option on the Configure Compensation Settings screen. Summary job titles may be useful for company-wide, user-defined reporting.

If you are using summary job titles, enter this information as part of your initial setup.

Location

Click on the toolbar to add a new job title entry. Then click on the toolbar to save all the entered data.

Summary Job Title Code

Enter a unique code identify this summary job title. An example of a summary job title code is Engineer.

Summary Job Title Description

Enter a description for the Summary Job Title Code.

• Table Information

  Changes to this screen update the SUM_JOB_TITLES table.
