MANAGE RACE AND ETHNICITY CODES

Use this screen to set up and maintain user-defined race and ethnicity codes and descriptions to support your firm's record keeping requirements. You can assign these codes to employees, and then map the codes to affirmative action race codes and to EEO-1 race codes.

Deleting a race or ethnicity code from this screen causes the deletion of any corresponding record in the affirmative action and EEO-1 code mappings subtasks. This can affect your affirmative action and EEO-1 reporting.
