UPDATE EMPLOYEE TELEPHONE TYPES

Use this toolkit to convert existing standard telephone types to new standard telephone types for employee records on the Phone subtask of the Manage Employee Information screen. You assign standard (that is, system-defined) telephone types for reference purposes only when adding telephone information for individual employee records.

Show Non-Standard

Click this button to view all non-standard telephone types (that is, those telephone types that are not typically available in the Types drop-down list on the Additional Addresses subtask of the Manage Employee Information screen) that currently exist for several employee records in the system.

Old Telephone Type

Enter, or use to select, an old (that is, non-standard) telephone type. When you choose the New Telephone Type and click , all applicable employee address/telephone records that have the old telephone type are replaced with the new telephone type.

New Telephone Type

Enter, or use to select, a new telephone type. This telephone type replaces all applicable employee address/telephone records that have the Old Telephone Type.
