Enter a number to assign the order of preference of the substitutability of this part for the original. Example: Is this part preferred as first substitute, second substitute, third substitute, etc?

Substitute Part

Enter, or click to select, the substitute part that can be exchanged for the specified part for the assigned project.

Rev

Enter, or click to select, the revision of the substitute part.

I/C

Select this check box to indicate that inventory for this substitute part can be used in place of the original part. Clear this check box to indicate that this substitute is not interchangeable.

Description

This field displays the description for the selected substitute part.

U/M

This field displays the unit of measure assigned to this substitute part.

Make/Buy

The make/buy status assigned to this substitute part displays as M (Make) or B (Buy).

Auto Load

Click this button to load all substitute parts for the selected part.
