STD TEXT

Use this subtask to view the standard text assigned to an item in the Assign Standard Text screen. Use it to view item standard text.

Item

This field displays the item ID of the selected item. The item description is also displayed.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the selected item.

U/M

This field displays the unit of measure associated with the item.

Make/Buy

This field displays whether the item is M (Make) or B (Buy).

Active

This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) for the active status of this item.

Text Code

This field displays the standard text codes assigned to this item.

Description

This column displays the description for the standard text codes.

Active

This column displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate the active status for this text code.

Text

This field displays the text associated with the text code.
