STD TEXT

Use this subtask to view the standard text assigned to the item in the Assigned Standard Text subtask of the Manage Part screen in Costpoint Product Definition. Item standard text is not available for miscellaneous types.

Use this subtask when you need to view the item standard text. You can establish standard text codes, text, and "where-used" information on the Manage Standard Text screen in Costpoint Product Definition; you can assign them to individual items on the Manage Part screen.

Item

This field displays the item ID. The description of the selected item displays in the field on the right of the Rev field.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the selected item.

Table Window

Text Code

This column displays the standard text code assigned to this item.

Description

This column displays the description for the standard text code.

Active

This column displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether this text code is active for this item.

Text

This column displays the text associated with the Text Code.
