CONTRIBUTIONS SUBTASK

Use this non-editable subtask to view the detail related to contribution-calculated amounts for the related payroll.

Employee

This non-editable field displays the ID of the employee whose record you are viewing. These fields are displayed from the header on the main screen.

Pay Cycle

This non-editable field displays the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field is displayed from the header on the main screen.

Pay Cycle End Date

This non-editable field displays the end date for the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field is displayed from the header on the main screen.

Type

This non-editable field displays the check type that has been processed for this record. This field is displayed from the header on the main screen. The check types include:

• R — Regular

• B — Bonus

• V — Voided

• W — Represents the positive values of a replacement check

• X — Can be used any time you want to generate a paycheck without first entering a timesheet

Taxable Entity

This non-editable field displays the taxable entity to which the employee is assigned at the time of entry for this record. This field displays from the header information on the main screen.

Table Window

Contribution

This column displays the contribution (deduction) codes (from the Manage Employee Contributions screen) that were included in the payroll related to this record. After clicking , you can enter additional contributions if they are set up for the employee. If you need to modify a contribution (deduction) code for an existing record, retrieve that record using .

Description

The description related to the Contribution (deduction) code is displayed.

Amount

This column shows the calculated amount from the Manage Employee Contributions screen that is included in the payroll related to this Contribution (deduction) code. If you need to modify amounts for a Contribution (deduction) code on an existing record, retrieve that record using . You can add lines by clicking .

Stamps Earned

This column displays the stamps earned that were included in the payroll related to this record. After clicking , you can enter additional contributions if they are set up for the employee. If you need to modify this field for an existing Contribution (deduction) code record, retrieve that record using .
