WORKERS' COMP SUBTASK

Employee

This non-editable field displays the ID of the employee whose record you are viewing. These fields display from the header on the main screen.

Pay Cycle

This non-editable field displays the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field is displayed from the header on the main screen.

Pay Cycle End Date

This non-editable field displays the end date for the pay cycle that has been processed for this record. This field is displayed from the header on the main screen.

Type

This non-editable field displays the check type that has been processed for this record. This field is displayed from the header on the main screen. The check types include:

• R — Regular

• B — Bonus

• V — Voided

• W — Represents the positive values of a replacement check

• X — Can be used any time you want to generate a paycheck without first entering a timesheet

Taxable Entity

This non-editable field displays the taxable entity to which the employee is assigned at the time of entry for this record. This field displays from the header information on the main screen.

Workers' Comp

This column displays the worker's comp code from timesheets that were included in the payroll for this record. If more than one timesheet is processed with the same workers' compensation code, the timesheets are summarized by Workers' Comp code. After clicking , you can enter additional workers' compensation codes. If you need to modify a Workers' Comp code for an existing record, use to retrieve that record.
