LINKED CONTENT FILES

Use this subtask to view and maintain content files linked to the content type selected on the Manage Content Types main screen.

Time

This field displays the date and time the content file was linked to the selected content type.

User

This field displays the user who linked the content file to the selected content type.

Content File Name

This field displays the content file name.

Application

This field displays the ID of the Costpoint application to which the content file is linked.

Result Set

This field displays the ID of the Costpoint application result set to which the content file is linked.

Link Keys

This field displays the link keys for the content file.

Notes

Enter any notes related to the linked content file.

Application Name

This field displays the name of the Costpoint application to which the content file is linked.

Result Set Name

This field displays the name of the Costpoint application result set to which the content file is linked.

View

Click this button to view the selected content file.

When you click this button, the browser downloads the file from the content management system (CMS). After the download completes, the browser opens the appropriate file viewer.

Delete All Queried Links

Click this button to delete all links to the content file.

Find/Delete Content Files Missing in CMS

Click this button to search for content files in the CMS and delete links to files that were not found.

Subtask
