ASSIGNED USERS/USER GROUPS

Use the table window in this subtask to link specific users and/or user groups to one or more printers in the System Printers table window. Costpoint automatically opens this subtask when you access the Manage System Printers screen.

Set up the table window in this subtask before you use the printing features in Costpoint web. Also, you must first set up users and/or user groups in either the Manage Users screen or the Manage User Groups screen.

Assigned Users/User Groups

Use this table window to link specific users and/or user groups to one or more printers in the System Printers table window.

Use to add a new entry to this table window.

User / User Group ID

Use this field to enter, or use to select, the user(s) and or user group(s) that should have rights to the printer selected in the System Printers table window.

You must specifically assign users and/or user groups to printers. Costpoint does not automatically assign system printer defaults.

User/User Group Name

This field displays the descriptive name for this User / User Group ID.

Company

Use this field enter, or use to select, the company for which this setting applies.
