Use this screen to change specific global settings, such as login availability and Personal Identification Number (PIN) options.
Set up this screen when initializing Employee Self Service (ESS). Also update this screen when you need to change the contents of the ESS 3.1 Employee Directory.
This field displays the version of ESS to which you have access.
From these drop-down lists, select the six fields to display in the ESS 3.1 Employee Directory screen. Valid options are:
Employee Name
Title
Org Name
Org ID
Work Phone
Work Email
Labor Location
GLC
Employee Class
Full/Part Time
GLC Description
Manager Name
Only the first two drop-down lists require selection. These drop-down lists are enabled only if you are using ESS 3.1.
