Use this screen to set up basic information for salary survey companies. There is no limit on how many survey companies you can establish.
Use this screen as part of the initialization process if you plan on tracking salary survey data.
Enter the required data to create a new basic survey company info, or use to open an existing record for modification. Click
to save all newly entered or modified data.
Enter a unique code to identify this survey company.
Enter the name of the survey company that corresponds to the survey company ID.
Use the fields in this group box to enter the address and contact information for the survey companies.
Enter a maximum of three lines of the street address information in these fields, excluding the city, state/province, country, and postal code.
Enter the city for the survey company.
Enter, or click to select, the two-character state/province abbreviation code for the survey company address.
Enter, or click to select, the country code for the survey company (for example, USA).
Enter the zip code or foreign postal code for the survey company.
Enter the point of contact for the survey company.
Enter the phone number for the survey company point of contact.
Enter the extension for the survey company point of contact.
Enter additional notes about the survey company.
