This screen displays the same information as the Performance Rating Percent screens in the Compensation Plan Setup menu, but allows you to budget based on the criteria in the Performance Rating Percent tables. You can click Import to fill this table with the values from the Performance Rating Percent table based on the priority of the tables. If you have data on the Manage Performance Rating Percent by Plan and Grade screen and also on the Manage Performance Rating Percent by Plan screen, the program imports the data from the "by Grade" table. If there is no "by Grade" table, the "by Plan" data is imported. You can then create new values based on the factor you enter by clicking Recalculate. You can create this table whenever applicable.
Generate this table any time after establishing the Performance Rating Percent tables.
Use the options in this group box to specify the fiscal year and a particular factor for the Merit Percent Increase that applies to this table.
Enter, or click to select, the four-digit fiscal year to which this table applies.
Enter the factor to be used to generate this table or to recalculate the Merit Percent Increase. If you want to build this table based on actual values in the Performance Rating tables, enter 0. If you want to increase or decrease the Merit Percent Increase values by clicking Recalculate, then enter the applicable factor.
Enter, or click to select, the compensation plan to be included in this table. You can also click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.
Enter, or click to select, the grade to include for this compensation plan. Click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.
Enter the Quadrant/Min-Mid-Max value to include for this compensation plan, or click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.
Enter the Performance Rating value to include for this compensation plan, or click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.
Enter the Merit Percent Increase value to include for this compensation plan, or click Import to use the values from the Performance Rating tables.
Click this button to import the values from the Performance Rating tables. You can edit these values after importing them.
Click this button to recalculate the Merit Percent Increase values based on the factor you have entered. To double the Merit Percent Increase, enter a factor of 2, to decrease the values by half, enter 0.5, and so on.
