on the Costpoint toolbar, and click Initialize Currency Codes for Version on the menu.When you convert an earlier version of Costpoint to the current version, use this utility to set each of your historical transactions to the same functional, pay, and transaction currency. The currency used to update the transactions is your company's functional currency as specified on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen.
You normally run the Update Currency Codes for Current Version utility as part of Costpoint Multicurrency installation. Refer to the installation instructions for more information, or contact Costpoint Customer Care.
To run the Initialize Currency Codes for Version utility, click on the Costpoint toolbar, and click Initialize Currency Codes for Version on the menu.
