COSTPOINT TO GOVWIN CAPTURE MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION ERROR MESSAGES

This section lists and explains the error messages that may display on the Integration Process Logs.

Text enclosed in square brackets ([ ]) indicates variable or dynamic information that loads from the CPCRM_REJECTS table. For example, [TargetFieldName] can refer to a Country Code field.

The following errors may display across multiple objects, which includes Employee, Customer/Client, Vendor, Organization, and/or Project.

Error ID	Error	Remediation
Warning 00001	Only the first [sizeLimit] characters of the [sourceFieldName] were moved to the [targetFieldName] field in CRM due to field size limitations in CRM.	Option 1: Leave the fields alone and allow the target application`s field to be automatically shortened. Option 2: Change the content of the source application`s field so that it only contains up to [sizeLimit] characters to fit in target application.
Error 00002	The information in field [wbsLevel] is longer than the defined maximum of [wbsLevelLimit] in CRM.	Option 1: Edit the contents of the field [wbsLevel] so that it contains no more than [wbsLevelLimit] characters. Option 2: In GovWin Capture Management, increase the size limit of [wbsLevel].
Error 00008	The segment delimiter for WBS[wbsLevel] is a '[levelDelimeter]'. The only delimiter allowed is a period.	In GovWin Capture Management, set the WBS[wbsLevel] delimiter to a period. "."
Error 00030	The value '[projectId]' does not have a translation setup for CRM fields WBS1, WBS2, and WBS3.	Ensure that [projectId] has been setup for Project Level Mapping in Costpoint.
Error 00031	There are [wbsLevelCount] levels mapped to WBS [wbsLevel]. But there are only [crmWbsLevelCount] levels defined in CRM for WBS [wbsLevel].	In GovWin Capture Management, increase the number of levels mapped to WBS [wbsLevel] to at least [wbsLevelCount] levels.
Error 00032	The value '[wbsValue]' does not match the format defined in CRM for the field WBS [wbsLevel]. A '[wbsDelimiter]' was expected in position [wbsDelimiterPosition].	In GovWin Capture Management, change the position of the delimiter(s) for WBS [wbsLevel] to match '[wbsValue]'.
Warning 00033	The CRM project level is defined as level [crmLevel] but only [maxLevel] level(s) are defined for this top level project: [topLevelProject].	Decrease the GovWin Capture Management project level to a maximum of [maxLevel].
Error 00038	There are [projectLevels] levels for this project but only [mappedLevels] are mapped. The Project ID will be truncated to fit the mapping.	Increase the levels mapped in Costpoint to at least [maxLevels] which is the maximum level for this top level project.
Error 00041	There are [plmMaxLevel] levels mapped in CRM which exceeds the [projMaxLevel] levels in Costpoint.	Decrease the number of levels defined for GovWin Capture Management to [projMaxLevel].
Error 00051	Level '[sourceFieldValue]' of field [sourceFieldName] exceeds the number of levels defined.	Check the number of Organization levels defined for [sourceFieldName].
Error 00052	The length of segment [segmentNumber] in the Organization code '[orgCode]' is [segmentLengthActual] and does not equal the segment length of [segmentLengthDefined] as defined in CRM.	Check the number of Organization levels defined for [sourceFieldName].
Error 00055	The [sourceFieldName] field has the value of '[sourceFieldValue]' which contains a segment that is all zeroes.	Option 1: Create a reorganization mapping for organization [sourceFieldValue]. Option 2: Reduce the number of levels to be imported so that the 0 value segment is not included. Option 3: Exclude the [sourceFieldName] field from the mapping.
Error 00056	The [sourceFieldName] field has the value of '[sourceFieldValue]' which contains a space.	Edit the [sourceFieldName] field with the value '[sourceFieldValue]' so that it does not contain a space.
Error 00057	The reorganization code '[sourceFieldValue]' was not found in the [sourceTable] table.	Verify the reorganization code that is assigned to the instance.
Error 00058	There are [mappedReorgLevels] levels mapped for the reorganization and [definedOrgLevels] levels defined in the organization setup.	Ensure that the number of levels defined in the reorganization matches the number of levels defined in configuration for organization.
Error 00059	No reorganization code was found for organization '[org]'.	Create a reorganization mapping for organization [org].
Error 00084	The value '[sourceFieldValue]' of [sourceTableFieldName] in Costpoint does not have a translation setup for [targetTableFieldName] in CRM.	In Costpoint, edit the mapping for [sourceTableFieldName] so that it contains the value [sourceFieldValue].
Error 00088	There is more than one default phone or fax number format, but the system can only accept one default phone format.	Please update GovWin Capture Management to use only one default phone format.
Error 00089	The phone or fax number for the [phoneField] field does not match the format that has been defined.	Please update the [phoneField] field to match the following format: [phoneFormat]
