Use this screen when you are moving information between Costpoint and Deltek's CRM/GovWin/RP Integration (CGR) system. This screen allows you to define source element values to target element value translations.
This application builds records that are used by the Ascential-based interface system to assign Costpoint values to Deltek CGR values and vice versa. You must activate mapping for each element where mapping is supported. If you use mapping, then you must define all source values in the mapping table.
Use this block to specify the interface ID and element ID you want to use and view all information associated with these IDs.
Use this field to enter, or click to select, a valid interface ID. The interface IDs available for selection are pre-defined in Costpoint and depend on the integration packages installed on your site.
Select CP7X_VSWS if you are running the integration using Capture Management Web Services. If you are using this method, run the integration using the Transfer GovWin Capture Management Data screen.
Use this field to enter, or click to select, a valid element ID. The element IDs available for selection are pre-defined in Costpoint and depend on the integration packages installed on your site.
Use this group box to view source and target information associated with this Interface ID/Element ID combination.
Use this group box to view the source information for this interface/element ID combination.
This field displays the length of the source element being processed.
This field displays the type of the source element being processed.
Use this group box to view the target information for this interface/element ID combination.
This field displays the length of the target element being processed.
This field displays the type of the target element being processed.
Select this check box to activate this element mapping. This check box is set as 'inactive' in the predefined Interface Element System table when you select an element in the Element ID field for the first time.
Click this button to automatically load element mapping values in the Element Value Mapping table window.
Use this table window to view, edit, and create the interface element mapping for the available interface and element IDs. Once you make valid entries in the Interface ID and Element ID fields, this table window populates with the existing mapping information for the interface/element ID combination. If the combination is new, this table window remains blank.
This field indicates the line number of this row.
