Use this tab to view or select employee information that you want to include in the Costpoint to GovWin Capture Management Integration process. When you select the check box of an object on this tab, you must select the parameter ID that contains the export settings of that object.
You must create the export parameters on the Configure Employee Options screen before using this tab. These parameter IDs should have CP7X_VSWS (GovWin Capture Management web services) selected on the Version drop-down list so that they will be available on this tab.
Select this check box to include employee basic information in the export process.
Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for employee basic information.
Select this check box to print the detailed record log for employee basic.
Select this check box to include employee degrees information in the export process.
Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for employee degrees information.
Select this check box to print the detailed record log for employee degree.
Select this check box to include employee skills information in the export process.
Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for employee skills information.
Select this check box to print the detailed record log for employee skills.
Select this check box to include employee professional organization information in the export process.
Enter, or click to select, the parameter ID that contains the export settings for employee professional organization information.
