This non-editable column displays the General Labor Category (GLC).
This non-editable column displays the GLC description.
This editable column displays the rate for the GLC. Change this rate to the average labor rate for this category. You can also enter these rates on the Manage General Labor Categories screen. Any modification to the Average Rate field in this screen affects the rate on the Manage General Labor Categories screen.
Only new rows entered on the Manage Project Budgets and ETC screen are affected by a modification to the rate. All previously entered rows remain unmodified, and new rows are calculated using the new rate.
