JOURNAL ACTIVITY

Use the Journal Activity subtask on the System Assigned Journal Entry Number screen to view journal activity for the journal code selected in that screen. This subtask enables you to determine the sequential order of entries already assigned without having to use SQLTalk.

Select Posting Status

Unposted Activity

Select this check box to display unposted records in Journal Activity Table. You can select both this check box and the Posted Activity check box.

Posted Activity

Select this check box to display posted records in Journal Activity Table. You can select both this check box and the Posted Activity check box.

Execute

Click this button to fill the table window based on the check boxes selected in the Select Posting Status group box.

Journal Activity Table

JE Number

This column displays the journal entry number.

Transaction Description

This column displays the description of the journal entry.

Subperiod

This column displays the subperiod of the journal entry.

Post Seq No

This column displays the posting sequence number of the journal entry.

Entry User ID

This column displays the ID of the person who made the original journal entry data.

Entry Date

This column displays the date on which the journal entry was originally entered.

Date Modified

This column displays the date on which the journal entry was last modified.

Modified By

This column displays the ID of the person who last modified the journal entry.
