MANAGE REORGANIZATION ELEMENTS 

Use this screen to set up reorganization numbers and link them to existing organizations. This is the maintenance screen for all lower levels of the reorganization.

The structure that you enter on this screen must match the structure defined on the Manage Reorganization Structures screen. You must first set up the first level, or top level, on the Manage Reorganization Structures screen. Also, you cannot set up a lower level element before you set up its parent element. For example, you must set up 5.3 before you can set up 5.3.1.

Enter the number for the reorganization that you want to add.

Name

Enter a name for the reorganization. This name displays on screens and reports to help identify the reorganization.

Level No

Level No

The level of the reorganization number displays in this field; you cannot change it. The level number is based on the reorganization number entered here and on the structure set up on the Manage Reorganization Structures screen.

After you enter the reorganization number, Costpoint displays the level number specified on the Manage Reorganization Structures screen.
