There are two other ways to link accounts and organizations to reference elements in Costpoint. You can:
Use the Link References/Accounts/Organizations screen.
Use the Mass Link References/Accounts/Organizations screen.
Enter, or click to select, the account.
If you have not yet specified an organization ID in the Organization field, you can specify any account in this field.
If you have specified an organization ID in the Organization field, the only valid accounts are those that are linked to that organization.
Enter, or click to select, a valid organization.
If you have not yet specified an account number in the Account field, this can be any organization.
If you have specified an account in the Account field, the only valid organizations are those that are linked to that account.
