MANAGE EMPLOYEE EXIT INTERVIEWS

Use this screen to maintain information about an employee's exit interview. Use the subtasks available from this screen to enter data for different sections of the exit interview form. On these subtasks, you can review additional information about the exiting employee and his security and property status, leave, and compensation and benefits. You can also enter information on any amounts the exiting employee owes the company and review employee/employer comments on the termination. You must be licensed to run Costpoint Human Resources in order to use this application.

Use this screen at any time after establishing exit interview forms.

Location

Identification

Use this group box to identify the employee whose exit interview you want to review, the effective date of the interview, and the exit interview form that is used.

Employee

Enter, or click to select, the ID for the employee whose record you want to review. The employee's name displays in the adjacent field.

Exit Interview Form

Enter, or click to select, the ID for the exit interview form. This field to the right displays the description of the exit interview form.

Effective Date

Enter the date of the exit interview, in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Personnel Action

These non-editable fields display the code and description of the personnel action associated with this exit interview. Establish personnel action codes on the Configure Personnel Actions screen.

Approval Section

Initials Required

The responsible persons can use this group box to sign off on the exit interview form. This group box can accommodate up to ten initials.

Enter your initials for approval if the form is being completed online.

Date

Enter the approval date.
