Use this screen to select the organizations that you want to export to Deltek Time Collection. This updates the Time Collection Organization column in the ORG table. This screen is enabled only for Time Collection version 5.x or higher and/or Deltek Expense version 6 or higher.
You can also set this flag on the Manage Organization Structures screen and the Manage Organization Elements screen.
When you first run this application, the table is populated with all organizations set up in the ORG table.
This field displays the organization ID.
This field displays the organization name.
If this field displays Y (Yes), this organization is exported to Deltek Time Collection when you run the Export Data to Deltek Time & Expense application. Organizations with N (No) in this column are not exported.
Select the organizations that you want to export to Time Collection and click this button to set the Time Collection Organization field for those organizations to Y (Yes). To select multiple rows, hold down the CTRL key and click each row.
Select the organizations that you do not want to export to Time Collection and click this button to set the Time Collection Organization field for those organizations to N (No). To select multiple rows, hold down the CTRL key and click each row.
