Use this subtask to view the organizations charged, and the hours and dollars charged to these organizations, for the selected employee.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the information displayed.

Table Window

Organization

This field displays the specific organizations charged within the fiscal year.

Organization Description

This field displays the description for the associated organizations charged.

Hours

This field displays the total hours charged to the associated organization for the fiscal year.

Amount

This field displays the total dollar amount charged to the associated organization for the fiscal year.
