PERIOD

Use this subtask to view the periods in which the organization was charged, and the hours and dollars charged to the organization/period combinations, for the selected employee.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the information displayed.

Organization

This field displays the specific organization selected on the Organization Charges subtask of the View Employee Labor Inquiry screen.

Description

This field displays the description for the associated organization.

Table Window

Period

This field displays the period in which this organization was charged.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the associated organization/period.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the associated organization/period.
