PERIOD

Use this subtask to view the periods in which the GLC was charged, and the hours and dollars charged to the GLC/period combinations, for the selected employee.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the information displayed.

GLC

This field displays the specific GLC selected on the GLC Charges subtask of the View Employee Labor Inquiry screen.

GLC Description

This field displays the description for the associated GLC.

Table Window

Period

This field displays the period in which this GLC was charged.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the associated PLC/period.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the associated GLC/period.
