PERIOD SUBTASK

Use this subtask to view the periods in which the PLC was charged, and the hours and dollars charged to the PLC/period combinations, for the selected employee.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the information displayed.

PLC

This field displays the specific PLC selected on the PLC Charges subtask of the View Employee Labor Inquiry screen.

PLC Description

This field displays the description for the associated PLC.

Table Window

Period

This field displays the period in which this PLC was charged.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the associated PLC/period.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the associated PLC/period.
