Use this toolkit to update the PROJ and PROJ_EDIT tables with the period of performance data from the PROJ_MOD table. Specifically, Costpoint uses the Start and End Date fields (PROJ_START_DT and PROJ_END_DT, respectively) from the PROJ_MOD table to update the same columns in PROJ. Use this toolkit whenever you have uploaded information into the PROJ, PROJ_EDIT, or PROJ_MOD table. Project modifications update the project at the level of entry and all project levels above the level of entry.
Use this toolkit to update lower levels of a project that have been modified with an earlier period of performance. Generally, a message displays on the Manage Modifications screen recommending use of this toolkit.
Use this drop-down list to select all projects or one project. Valid options are:
All — Select this option to update all projects.
One — Select this option to update one project.
Enter, or click 
to select, the project name. This field is not available unless you select the One option in the Project Range group box. The toolkit updates the designated project and its lower levels. To update all projects, leave this field empty and select the All option in the Project Range group box.
Click 
to start the toolkit. Depending on the size of your database (for example, the number of projects and modifications), the toolkit could take considerable time to complete.
