Use this screen to define application conflict types. Classifying and grouping application conflicts provides easier inquiry and reporting for segregation of duty conflicts. This screen also provides a view of application conflicts linked to the conflict types set up in the Manage Application Conflicts screen.
Use this screen when you need to define conflict types to enable you to group various application conflicts for easier inquiry and reporting.
Click on the toolbar to save all changes to this screen.
This table window displays all conflict types records within Costpoint. When you select a conflict type in this table window, the conflicting applications associated with this conflict type displays in the Conflicting Applications table window.
Use to add a new conflict type.
Use this field to enter an identification code for this conflict type.
Use this field to enter a descriptive name for this conflict type. You can also use this field to modify the descriptive name for an existing conflict type.
This table window displays all conflicting applications associated with the currently selected conflict type in the main table window. The fields in this table are non-editable. You can associate conflicting applications with a conflict type using the Manage Application Conflicts screen.
This field displays the identification code for this application.
This field displays the descriptive name for this Application.
This field displays the rights (All or Update) associated with the selected application that causes a conflict.
This field displays the identification code for the application conflicting with the application specified in the Application field.
This field displays the descriptive name for this Conflicting Application.
This field displays the rights (All or Update) associated with the selected application that causes a conflict.
This field displays information about the conflict.
If this check box is selected, Costpoint actively checks for the conflict of applications displayed on this line.
