Use this subtask of the Vouchers subtask to view check information related to a particular voucher. This subtask does not list all payment information for a particular vendor. This subtask is available whether or not checks have been issued against the voucher.
These fields display the vendor ID, vendor name, and location for the selected purchase order voucher.
This field displays the voucher number for the selected purchase order voucher.
This field displays the transaction currency code for the selected purchase order voucher.
This field displays the cost amount for the selected purchase order voucher.
This field displays the amount remaining for the selected purchase order voucher.
This field displays the total amount paid on this voucher, in your company's functional currency.
This field displays the total amount paid on this voucher, in the vendor's transaction currency.
This field displays each check number issued to the selected vendor.
This field displays the fiscal year to which the check was posted. If Costpoint generated the check, it is available on this inquiry after you print and save the check.
If the check is a manual check entered on the Check tab of the Manage Accounts Payable Vouchers screen or the Check tab of the Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen, you must post the voucher before it can be viewed on this screen.

This field displays the posting sequence number that was used when the check was posted. Since a check printed in Costpoint does not have to be posted to appear on this inquiry, the Post Seq field is blank if you have not posted the check to the General Ledger.
This field displays the check date.
This field displays the joint payee to whom the check was issued. You can add a joint payee on the Address tab of the Manage Accounts Payable Vouchers screen or the Address tab of the Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen.
You can also assign a joint payee to a voucher on the Edit Voucher Payment Status screen after you post the voucher and before you print the check.
This field displays the currency of the vendor that was used to pay the voucher.
This field displays the amount of the check that was applied to the voucher, in the vendor's pay currency. The voucher amount paid does not necessarily equal the total amount of the check. If you used this check to pay many of this vendor's vouchers, in part or in full, this amount reflects only that portion of the check that went toward this particular voucher.

This field displays the General Ledger account from which the check was written.
You link the cash account, cash organization, and bank abbreviation to the cash account description on the Manage Cash Accounts screen. You link the cash account description to each vendor on the Defaults tab of the Manage Vendors screen.
You can change the cash account description on the Header Info tab of the Manage Accounts Payable Vouchers screen or the Header Info tab of the Manage Purchase Order Vouchers screen.
This field displays the organization from which the check was written.
You link the cash account, cash organization, and bank abbreviation to the cash account description on the Manage Cash Accounts screen. You link the cash account description to each vendor on the Defaults tab of the Manage Vendors screen.
If a reference number is associated with this check, this field displays the number. Reference numbers display here only if you are using them in data entry rather than for reporting.

This field displays the check status from the history tables. There are five possible status settings:
O — Outstanding
C — Cleared (currently, the cleared status is not a Costpoint-generated status)
V — Void
S — Stop Payment
P — Purged
