Use this screen to review historical billing information without having to obtain copies of the bills. This feature is available only for standard bills that have been posted. You can review summary information, including project, customer, and invoice data, for each bill. You can also "drill-down" to further review information on the header, address, and the detail bill lines as well as the individual transactions that comprise the totals for each line.
All subtask information is accessed from the main screen, which contains the summary information. Using , you can select bills based on fiscal year, period, customer, project, invoice, or program manager. You cannot modify the data in these screens.
Before a bill can be viewed in this inquiry screen, it must be posted. Information on these screens is drawn primarily from the Billing Invoice Header History (BILL_INVC_HDR_HS) and the Billing Detail History (BILLING_DETL_HIST) tables, both of which are populated by the Post Standard Bills screen.
If you want to narrow the rows shown in the table window to a specific fiscal year, select that fiscal year before executing the inquiry. The only fiscal years shown are those that have activity in the data tables. If you do not select a fiscal year, all fiscal years that have rows in the data tables are shown.

If you want to inquire on a specific customer, select that customer by clicking , or enter the customer. Its descriptive name appears in the field next to the customer field.
If you want to inquire on a specific project, select that project by clicking , or enter the project. Its descriptive name appears in the field next to the project field.
If you want to inquire on a specific invoice, select that invoice by clicking , or enter the invoice number.
If you want to inquire on a specific program manager, select that program manager by clicking , or enter the program manager name.
The table window displays the billing information result set based on the parameters entered in the screen header. The information is listed by fiscal year and period.

This field displays the fiscal year that this bill was posted.
This field displays the period that this bill was posted.
This field displays the customer ID.
This field displays the customer name.
This field displays the project ID from the main screen.

This field displays the beginning date of the billing period for this invoice. This date is specified in the Standard Billing Info tab of the Manage Standard Bills screen.
This field displays the ending date of the billing period for this invoice.
This field displays the due date, which is calculated based on the payment terms established for the customer on the Manage Customers screen.
This field displays the invoice amount.
This field displays invoice amount in the invoice's billing currency.
This field displays the discount amount.
This field displays the discount amount in the invoice's billing currency.
This field displays the customer's percent of project responsibility, as specified in the Customers subtask of the Manage Project Billing Information screen.
This field displays the amount that is printed in the Cumulative Amount column of the bill. For Hours and Units line types, the amount is usually the Quantity times the Rate. For Cost line types, this field is the total of the inception-to-date transaction amounts of the accounts that have been assigned this bill line.
This field displays the amount, in this invoice's billing currency, that is printed in the Cumulative Amount column of the bill. For Hours and Units line types, the amount is usually the Quantity times the Billing Currency Rate. For Cost line types, this field is the total of the inception-to-date billing currency transaction amounts of the accounts that have been assigned this bill line.
This field displays the total amount of this bill, before any retainage amounts are deducted.
