Use this screen to enter an online record of the review forms sent to managers or received by Human Resources. Managers can enter review information here, if the email feature is being used; otherwise, the Human Resources Department can enter this data. Additionally, if you are using a weighted-average method for calculating a rating, you can select the Calculate pushbutton (on the Section II - Employee Evaluation subtask) to have Costpoint generate the rating for you.
You must first create the review form on the Print Review Form Template screen for this screen to be available.
Enter, or click to select, the employee ID in this required field. The employee's name displays in the field to the right.
If the employee has a Prior Name specified on the Manage Employee Information screen, the name displays in this field.
Enter, or click to select, the date on which you want to base this review. This is the date on which the performance review became effective.
Use the fields in this group box to identify the form that you want to process.
Enter, or click to select, the review form ID for the form that you want to process. The review form description displays in the field to the right.
Enter, or click to select, the start date of this review period for this employee.
Enter, or click to select, the end date of this review period for this employee.
Use the fields in this group box to enter the identifiers of the manager and the employee for this review.
Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the "signing" manager.
If you select the By Company-wide Organization option in the Manager/HR Representative Defaults group box on the Configure Personnel Settings screen, lists the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by Org table.
If you are manually entering a value and select the By Company-wide Organization option in the Manager/HR Representative Defaults group box on the Configure Personnel Settings screen, the manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by Org table.
If you select the By HR Organization option in the Manager/HR Representative Defaults group box on the Configure Personnel Settings screen, lists the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table.
If you are manually entering a value and select the By HR Organization option in the Manager/HR Representative Defaults group box on the Configure Personnel Settings screen, the manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table.
Enter the employee ID of the "signing" employee.
Click this button to load the employee information.
This group box displays the information from the Basic Employee Info and Salary Info and History tables that you selected in the Manage Performance Review Forms screen. This is Section I of the review form.
If you selected the Social Security Number check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's Social Security number displays from the Manage Employee Information screen.
If you selected the Hire Date check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's hire date displays from Manage Employee Information screen.
If you selected the Last Review Date check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's last review date displays from the Manage Employee Information screen.
If you selected the Manager check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's manager displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Supervisor check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's supervisor displays from the Manage Employee Information screen.
If you selected the Organization check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's organization displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Job Title check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's job title displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Hourly/Salary check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's hourly/salary code displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Current Hourly Rate check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's current hourly rate displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Current Annual Rate check box in the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's current annual rate displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Current Salary Rate check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's current salary rate displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Last Percent Increase check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's last percent increase displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Current Rating check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's current rating displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Compensation Plan check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's compensation plan displays from the Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Step check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's step displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Grade check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's grade displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
If you selected the Labor Location/Local check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's location or local displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
The label for this field depends on whether or not the Enable Union Functionality option is selected on the Configure Labor Settings screen:
If the option is selected, this field is labeled Local.
If the option is not selected, this field is labeled Labor Location.
If you selected the Labor Group/Union check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's labor group or union, if applicable, displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
The label for this field depends on whether or not the Enable Union Functionality option is selected on the Configure Labor Settings screen:
If the option is selected, this field is labeled Union.
If the option is not selected, this field is labeled Labor Group.
If you selected the GLC check box on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen, the employee's GLC (General Labor Category) displays from the Manage Employee Salary Information screen.
