Before you can view current ETC information in this screen, you must first create the report tables from which the information is drawn, using the Create Estimate To Complete Report Tables process. In this main screen, you can click to select a specific project or organization with which you want to work. Note that you cannot modify data in this screen or its subtasks.
To review information on this screen, you must follow the same process used to produce the ETC Reports. Run the Update Incurred Cost for ETC process to ensure the incurred costs are current. Next, execute the Compute Estimate to Complete process to update the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen. Modify the Estimate to Complete amounts on the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen, if necessary.
If you want to inquire on a specific project, select that project clicking 
, or enter the project. If you want to inquire on a range of projects, click to select them. If you select a single project, its descriptive name displays next to the project. Click 
to load all available records.
Information in the table window comes from the ETC report table (RPT_ETC_AMT). The number of rows or projects displayed in the table window is based on your selection range. You can modify the size and order of the columns and save them to meet your requirements. The column information displays incurred costs, estimate-to-complete, latest revised estimate-at-completion (LREAC), budget, variance, and commitments information for the project(s) selected, as well as the project manager's name and owning organization.
