MANAGE SEGREGATION OF DUTIES CONFLICT OVERRIDES

Use this screen to review and update segregation of duties conflicts for application and module rights. You can also establish overrides for these conflicts.

You can use this screen only after identifying segregation of duties conflicts using the Manage Application Conflicts and Manage Segregation of Duties Conflict Types screens. After you have identified duty conflicts, use this screen to review and update conflicting rights.

Use this first block on this screen if you want to define what records will display in the Rights with Identified Conflicts table window. Leave the fields in this block blank if you want to display all records.

Always run this process after printing or previewing the report. If the Segregation of Duties information on the report does not look correct, correct the rights set up for the appropriate Users/User Groups and then run the process. If you select the Review Previously Manually Approved Rights check box on the Identify Segregation of Duties Conflicts screen and also select the Accepted and Conflicting Rights option in the Include on Report field, the report shows the currently manually approved rights and pending entries to remove the manually approved rights. After you run the process with Review Previously Manually Approved Rights check box selected, the current manually approved rights are deleted.
