Use this screen to set up organizational security groups to which you can assign an organizational security profile to each module. This screen contains an identification code for the security group, a name, and a table window containing all of the modules for which you are licensed. For each module, you specify an organizational profile ID that was set up in the Manage Organization Security Profiles screen.
Before you use this screen, you must do the following:
You must set up organizational profiles using the Manage Organization Profiles screen.
You must enable modules and applications foe which you want to apply organizational security using the Activate/Inactivate Organization Security by Module screen.
It is necessary to set up this screen before updating organizational security profiles, activating organizational security system-wide in the Configure System Settings screen and entering an organizational security group in the Manage Users screen.
After specifying your preferences, you must click on the toolbar to save your changes.
Use this block to create an organizational security group. Use 
to create a new record.
Use this field to enter an identification code for this organization security group.
Use this field to enter a descriptive name for this Organization Security Group.
Use this field to enter, or use 
to select, the security profile you want to assign to Costpoint modules.
The field to the right displays the descriptive name for this organization security profile. Alternatively, you can use in this unlabeled field to select the name of the organization security profile, instead of its identification code, you want to use.
Click this button to assign the selected organizational security profile in the Organizational Security Profile to Assign Field to all modules in Costpoint. This populates the Assign Profiles to Modules table window.
This table window displays all available Costpoint modules that have been assigned with organization security profiles. You have the option to change the organization security profile assigned to a module using this table window.
This field displays the identification code for this module.
This field displays the descriptive name for this Module.
This field displays the organization security profile you specified in the Organization Security Profile to Assign field. You have the option to change this organization security profile by entering, or using to select, the organization profile ID you want to use in this field.
This field displays the descriptive name for this Organization Security Profile. Alternatively, when changing the organization security profile for this module, you can enter, or use to select, the organization security profile you want to use in this field, instead of the Organization Security Profile field.
