Use this screen to view all the workflow case statuses without running a single report. Use this information to determine where bottlenecks are occurring in workflows, to monitor user activity, and to track event trends. This screen contains summary information about workflows and additional detail information.
The main screen displays summary information that can be selected for any workflow, case status, subsystem, filter, and value. Once you have populated the main screen with the desired workflow status, subsystem, filter, and value, you can drill-down into more detailed information. If you want the full detail without drilling down into more and more detail, you can view some of the same information in the Monitor Workflow Status screen. Both the Print Workflow Status Report and Print Workflow Audit Report screens also provide audit detail.
